This is the weekly data edition: hard numbers on what it cost to withdraw USDT in the week of August 31 – September 6 (Monday to Sunday), how the picture moved versus the prior week, and whether anything looks abnormal. All exchange fees, minimums and limits are verified reference values from official pages dated 2026-09-07; energy prices are maintained by our operations team; TRX and network data is referenced from CoinGecko, TronScan and DefiLlama, with TRON's Q2 2026 report published September 3 folded in.
The short version: a third consecutive week of zero fee changes, energy holding its long low band, TRX dipping below a support line mid-week and recovering — and on the rail side, no anomalies at all. The incidents this week (Liquid, Rocket — plus Cozy Finance, which fell just after the window closed) were all one layer above the withdrawal rails. Details below, including daily limits and expected arrival times for every venue we track.

🔄Week-over-Week: What Actually Moved
Exchange fees: zero changes for the third consecutive week — the fee table is identical to the one we published on August 31, with six venues at the 1 USDT floor and the other five unchanged. Energy: the low band held again (best-ask 26–30 SUN), so rent-per-transfer stayed ~1.7 TRX against a ~6.5 TRX burn. TRX: the one real mover — down to ~$0.3225 on September 2 before recovering to ~$0.336 by September 7, which shaved a few cents off the dollar value of the burn and left the rent-versus-burn ratio untouched.
Arrival speed: no rail-level events at all. TRON held ~3-second blocks with no congestion, and no venue we track suspended USDT deposits or withdrawals. The incidents this week (Liquid on Sep 6, Rocket on Sep 5, and Cozy Finance just after the window closed on Sep 7) were all platform-level, and none of them touched a USDT rail.
Cheapest network this week: TRON (TRC20) — ~$1.00 all-in on a $1,000 withdrawal from a floor venue. Lowest-fee exchanges: six venues tied at 1 USDT (OKX among them). Most expensive: Kraken at 2.5 USDT. Fastest-growing metric: TRON's USDT lead, now $91.8B versus Ethereum's $73.7B. Declining: TRX's burn ratio, down 5% again as users stake for energy. Anomalies: none on the rails — two platform-level incidents above them inside the window, and a third just after it closed.
📅The 4-Week Trend Check
- TRC20 withdrawal fees: OKX, Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, Bitget and MEXC all at 1 USDT across six tracked weeks — the month-end and quarter-end review windows both passed with no repricing.
- Energy prices: low and stable (26–30 SUN best-ask) throughout, holding through both the Proposal #107 activation and the Q2 report week; no spike or squeeze observed.
- ERC20 USDT fees: spread stayed wide (2.5–15 USDT) every week; KuCoin remains the most expensive tracked ERC20 venue.
- Network health: TRON absorbed the v4.8.2 upgrade window (Aug 16–18), the Proposal #107 activation (Aug 28) and the Q2 reporting week without congestion; the only scheduled pauses in the whole period were network-specific (CFX on Aug 25).
- Limits & minimums: unchanged — minimums 2 USDT (OKX/MEXC) to 10 USDT (Binance/Bybit/KuCoin); daily limits unchanged across tiers.
On the rails we track — exchange fees, energy, TRON block times, arrival times — there were zero anomalies this week. The incidents (Liquid on Sep 6 and Rocket on Sep 5, with Cozy Finance following just after the close on Sep 7) all occurred on platforms above those rails and are covered in the news review; none affected USDT withdrawals on a major venue.
